Does anyone know where I can get some old Aust Army issue greens from?
All I can find are cheap and sometimes expensive immitations.
I've had a few pairs over the years but there all worn out now, and I'll be stuffed if I can find replacements.

Cheers TBM

TBM,

I've been looking as well with out luck, and am thinking of getting the old Brit DPM. If you do manage to find greens get the US shirts, we used to call them pixie shirts, they are a much better cut and fit.

Just get OD coloured BDU's propper tru-spec or rothco ultra force brand shoild do it. Maybe in rip stop.

Just be aware of your size and go off measurements and not small medium x-large etc as US sizing is different to Aus sizes. Make sure you get BDU not ACU.

You could also check out sportsmans guide ... they get a lot of euro surplus that is high quality.

I dont think you will find aussie suplus stuff that old easily esp in non ridiculous sizes. + BDU is a better designs / pocket layout etc esp the trouser cargo pockets.
