Never touched the stuff ( knowingly)
Never seen it on the menu.
I apologise on behalf of my former country for any inconvenience caused, having lost my UK passport, I am, currently 100% Australian.

Apart of course for the cricket...

Bit tough finding papers and hard to keep 'em lit.
I am definitely not a fisherman (son of one though).
Are there carp in WA? Don't think I have ever heard of 'em over here.
Most of the rivers I paddle on are predominantly salt or brackish. I take it carp are fresh water fish?
I'm wondering if they are like catfish, which have a bad reputation, yet cobblers are great eating. Are they the same family?
Cheers

So happy to see this video. The stocking association I belong to is having a Carp comp soon. I am going to see if I can get a serious Chef to do some demos. I we can encourage people to get something out of catching the pest, the more will be taken from the waters.

The guy in the video travels around Australia and gives demonstrations on catching, preparing and eating.

Lots of people sook about eating carp but in reality, why not, Wentworth and I landed these six very quickly and with a hell of a lot of fun and a minimum of fuss. I am all for carp fishing and if we can use them for something heck I am in.

Here is another good one.
