I will 2nd and say its a Willie Wagtail as well,
the common culprit that attaches their nest in suburbia and most likely to cloths lines

Correct!
As you can see, the nest sat on a fork in the tree, the wagtail sat facing the same way the whole time as evidenced by the poop on one side. We have been here 23 years and never had wagtails in the tree. Very very territorial...the dog/kids/postie anyone or thing!

That’s a great picture and clearly show the ferocity with which a Willy Wagtail will defend its territory.
