I will 2nd and say its a Willie Wagtail as well,

the common culprit that attaches their nest in suburbia and most likely to cloths lines

Correct!
As you can see, the nest sat on a fork in the tree, the wagtail sat facing the same way the whole time as evidenced by the poop on one side. We have been here 23 years and never had wagtails in the tree. Very very territorial...the dog/kids/postie anyone or thing!

They are tenacious!
Just as the WW have stopped, we got swooped by 5 magpies down the park late last week. The ranger has since put up a warning sign!
