Ok ........ These were like $60 bananas a little while ago
I paid $30 bananas for mine
Butt and it's a huge butt .... You can pick them up for $20 bananas off Ebay right now ...

I have mine and it came very quickly . ( Wow )
In anyway , the quality seems to be fine .. I played with mine moments ago ...................

It's not perfect .. It's not good for SMALL knives ...

Butt , that big butt again ! For the money , it's really good .
I will do a review today , I hope !
+ Hopefully some video on it ..
Oh right ! , it's called a Ruixin Pro .. Or just search Knife sharpener , or guided knife sharpener on Ebay ..
Yeah , after buying mine and some more searching , I saw them for $20 with free shipping ...
I would suggest , it might be worthwhile having one if you dont have one already .

It mounts to a table really solid thanks to the rubber pad ..
& you dont need gorilla grip 2000 for it to be held in place .

IMGP1427.JPG

The clamp that holds the knife is spring loaded ..
Spring tension holds it in place ..
So all you do is pull and rotate and the spring pulls the clamp back in place and holds it there .

You can use the tapered stones ( plastic base that stones are glued to )
Or you can use the stones themselves without a base .

Knives with a flat sided spine are ideal ... Especially smaller folding knives .. This Ganzo is about as small as you want to go .
This knife sharpener really is for larger knives , say around 90mm and up ..
I will do a video as it will be easier to explain things ..

Ok , ............. A bit of an update ...
I 3D printed a knob for that screw ... A press fit ... & it works a treat !
Also hit that Ganzo on the sharpener again ( For the heck of it ) ... Sweet !
Easy peasy Lemon squeezy !
For $20 bananas .. Better than a pack of smokes or a few beers or one too many visits to McDonalds ...

It looks as though they have made a lot of improvements since I bought one to try several years ago.
Mine doesn’t hold the knife very securely so my favourite kitchen knife slid around and got a bit scratched, so it has sat unused. I may try gluing some rubber to the clamp faces and try it again.
