Working on a knife i received a rather nasty cut to the middle finger of my left hand
so i thought i would take advantage of the situation by showing yet again, that so called "Primitive fire" can be achieved under less than ideal conditions!
This is in spite of the many naysayers to the contrary:lmao:

I hope your finger heals quickly.

I presume the smoke is from wild fires rather than planned burning ?

This time of year (early spring) we often have similar smoke hazes, but they are caused by planned burns prior to the start of summer.
The planned burns are to reduce fuel to try and prevent or control bush fires (in summer).
