Sometimes you have to look very hard to see quill marks,.... it might depend on how fat they are.
Its pretty hard to get a good idea of what things are from pics.

This rock was knocked in after the print was laid. Wild dog.

Kangaroo tracks on a meat ant nest. Laid when quite damp.
The small rocks were added by ants after the track was laid. The lack of fines makes it unlikely they are water transported, and the lack of embedding in the track indicates they weren't there when the print was laid. The ants seem to be making higher entrances at the moment, under normal conditions, the holes are at ground level.
