Having grown up with synthetic tents, I have seen more than one burn down. I guess this is not as big of a risk with canvas but having said that I have seen two canvas tents burn down at medieval reenactments.

I like the idea but getting in and out of your tent would be a PITA...

I guess it why it's called a tent, rather than a Tents:_risata:

You'd have to be pretty certain of the consistency of the wind direction.

Looks like a big fire for a small area...just waiting for the flames to get high enough to burn the line connecting the two uprights...

I'm going with stupid.

I think this conversation is too tense for my liking......
It could work but the wind wouldn't want to change. Can't really think of an advantage of this set up. Looks good though. It's a fair chunk of canvas to carry around too.
Calling this one....busted.
