Wild Foods Walk & Workshop Sydney

I am running a other edible wild foods walk on Sunday 1st of May. The starting/meeting point will be Turrella Railway Station at 1pm.

If you are interested send me a message and I will reserve you a place.

This is pretty much a crash course in the art of forageng.Covering many local wild weeds and bush tucker plants. I will be bringing food and drink samples to show some of the ways you can use wild plants everyday life.

My personal background has a chef then later trained in horticulture. I try and combine both disciplines and skills in these workshops and walks. Looking both the botany and the potential culinary uses of wild plants.

Start Point : Turrella Station

Cost. : Voluntary donation free for unemployed
& single parents.

Duration. : About two to three hours

Suggested Gear : Smart phone, Hat, Water bottle,Rain jacket, sensible footwear
