Howdy to all...My thinking was "All post's would be Written-Read and Contain Courtesy-Respect and Common Sense"...whereby Gender is not an Issue...Maybe as Randall has suggested the issue was problematic at that Time... Cheers.

your correct that gender should not be an issue
in hind site the old post probably should have been deleted, but we thought that leaving it would be a confirmation to remind "some" posters.

I agree. "The gender should not an issue", but facing reality for some is. The title almost sounds like a threat, or a very 'hopeful' (platform enforced) Marxist version of hypocritical oppression
